Design Video Consultation

In our studio we are launching an online design consultation service to extend our reach and help design homes for more people. 

This service offers the chance for someone experienced in space planning and design to review your home and what you would like to achieve, without the full expense of employing an architect from the start. We offer 30 minute video consultations plus drawing and review time for £250. After purchasing your consultation you will receive a calendar invite with your Google Meet link along with an email requesting you to send key project details including:

Property address/wish list of works in order of priority/budget/plans/any ideas you might have for the project.

We will need these details at least a week in advance of your call. Further details can be sent to hello@homearchitecturestudio.co.uk

Please note it is essential you are able to provide us with floor plans in order for us to be able to assist you. Typically estate agents plans will suffice. 

During the call we discuss your project in detail and then take the information provided to go off to draw up one sketch layout of a design idea. We produce a briefing document in response to our call and also provide a written summary explaining the proposed sketch. These will be emailed to you after your consultation.

The sketch produced will not constitute a planning or construction drawing. However it will give you the tools to take the idea forward to work up with a local architect. Equally, this is something we can assist with if you are located within Manchester.

Please be aware we only offer consultations for properties within the UK and the property must be residential, such as a single house or flat/apartment. We do not consult on developments intended to create multiple properties.

We may produce social media content about the homes featured in our consultations however we never disclose key details.
